Mocatta only accepts solid sterling silver, gold, platinum, palladium (any karat from 10k-24k) or authentic gemstones. Mocatta does not accept stainless steel, titanium or any other metals at this time. Gold fill or gold-plated items are not eligible for our jewelry recycling program. Any items received for the recycling program will be tested for quality verification within two (02) business days. PLEASE BE AWARE: IN ORDER TO TEST THE QUALITY OF METALS, JEWELRY MAY NEED TO BE CUT INTO OR THE SURFACE MAY BE SCRATCHED. By sending in or dropping off any items, you are consenting to this. If item(s) do not meet the recycling program requirements, the item(s) will be returned to the participant, or disposed of upon the participants return refusal. Participants receive free shipping & handling costs if electing to receive any items back. Mocatta does not claim responsibility for packages during mail transit. Mocatta is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If the participant’s item(s) meet the recycling program requirements, payment arrangements will be made. Seller may elect to receive discount or store credit to Mocatta. Discounts or credits will be given to the participant in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email provided above.
